I started going to the gym ... again.
This will be like my 3rd week at the gym .. really my 4th but last week didn't count because I only went once since it was keeks last week of school and there was parties and water balloon days plus graduation ceremony i needed to attend instead.
So going to the gym at an old age.... (well older age I'm not in my 20s anymore)
There's a lot of gas.. LOL for real. I'm gassy all the time there. I don't know why I guess with all the moving around it make the air come down.
My BMs are normal now .. that's nice. If your having issues with your BMs you might try walking.
My joints hurt! I have to take Advil PM now to sleep. It usually my elbows and my back. Because I have a big but I cant sleep on my back usually but it hurts so much I have been doing so.
So I'll break down what I do at the gym and you can comment if you think I should do anything different or if you know I need to change stuff.
I walk on the treadmill (like a power walk) for 10 minutes
Lift 5 pound weights 50 times bicep curls and Hammer curls 50 each
then I use some machines and do 5 reps of 10 sometimes 3 reps of 20 depending on the compexness of the machine
I don't know the names of the machines just what they work and they are mostly arms machines since that the part of my body I hate the most right now (besides my stomach obviously). In addition to the arm machines though I also use the leg crunchy machines that I feel like people stare at me when I use .. you know .. the vagina crunchers and the vagina opener ... if your a chick you know which ones I mean, they work your thighs.
Then the squat machine ... and I go home after that one.
I really don't know what else to do! My knees are in such bad shape I cant run very well on the treadmill, plus they are located on the second floor of the gym and my running thumps vibrate the whole building!
I need to figure out a way to work out my abs.
